Likes

Once you prove yourself, responsibilities will be given. Job security is comparatively better. Though hikes are not as desirable as it could be, they are decent enough. Couldn't complain about it. The modules are interesting and the challenges thrown at us are fun to solve.

Dislikes

Certain meetings will fall in unpleasant time to accommodate the participation of US counter parts. Deadlines could be better. No road map hence there is a widespread confusion on what and when to deliver. Requirements are volatile even after releasing to production. Leave policies are the worst, even inhumane.
