You are not being value as a person. You have to sacrifice your personal life. Promotions are based on buttering skill if you do not possess that skill you may not even get the variable pay promotion and appraisals remains your dream though you have done your job well.

Just a normal service based company. Nothing great. WFH allowed.

Dislikes

...omponent. Bad work culture, no good employee benefits. Appraisals are very bad. Only 4-5% salary hike. Don't join if you have other opportunities

Stuck from 2.6 years without hike and promotion

I have been working at my current organization for 2.6 years and started with a CTC of ₹8 lakh, which has remained unchanged since my joining. During this period, I have not received any promotions or salary hikes, which has made me question whether I should wait for growth within the company or explore external opportunities. I am hopeful of getting a promotion in June this year, but I am unsure if it’s worth waiting for. Here’s what I am considering: 1.
