Sitel is a nice place to work but there is alot of politics. Salary is decent people dont want you to grow especially the team leader. Ive been working with sitel for a year and i really feel like people have ego issues.

...ven that time. - You don't have to work an minute more unless you are doing OT. - Decent salary during joining

- Very minimal increment to none - Growth financially and career wise is stagnant - Rotational and night shifts - Learn, earn and move on. Else you'll be getting low paid.

1. Huge amount of cost cutting 2. No hygiene. 3. No proper guidelines about holidays. If you are working for US client forget getting US off since you work for an Indian company and its vice versa. 4. The leaves here are awful. They'll first take away your comp offs of you take leaves and then casual leaves and so on. 5. Don't come here if you are from another state everyone will alienate you especially the South Indian branch.
