Few managers are very good to work with. If you get to work with them you get good things to learn from them.

Dislikes

...arted working for one account you will keep working for that even after 2 years. There is no good salary hike. People expect you to stay till late at night even if you have completed your work.

Apart from the pay, nothing exciting to work here.

Dislikes

Culture of the company is bad. There is no direction on what needs to be done technically. It keeps changing. No trust on the engineering managers. Company doesn't have a corporate culture. Old folks are favoured even if they are not upto the mark. Lots of issues in the code, stories are dragged for approval, then the team is expected to deliver on ahort notice, way of communication is not professional. Join here only if you care about money.
