Sirion does offer good career growth to employees who are professionally doing well and to those who are agile and dedicated. Quarterly feedbacks are given to the employees to work and improve on certain areas where they should focus on. There is immense learning at Sirion.

The company's is very good, Company's work culture is also very good. The company offers lunch in the office free of cost. They also keep each and every requirement of the employee. As an employee, you would also fall in love with this company. From time to time they keep rewarding to their employees with vouchers, T-shirts, and other stuff.

Office Politics. Some Bosses will not let you grow in this company. They want to grow themselves only. Lack of appreciation for the lower level of employees. Management must think about this. The company hires and fires because of no work to do.
