I don't know how international retail association gave rights to shoppers stop as best, there are many companies, who truly deserve it. If they can't treat a employee like a family member as they say a big lie they can't keep customers also happy, that's the reason people prefer foreign retail brand in India.... ...comes to help in covid...i have never seen a cheap company like shoppers stop...our salary were giving on our leaves...and store forced to join stote..person spent 10k to reach the location. Then it is told that u r terminated.. whatever the review was given...the head of the department thought this guys is not gud as per the feedback even he knows him or not...they are not aware eho js gud eho is bad....m not sad with the decision of terminating but the reason was rubbish... Company is not aware who is gud who is bad. ..will not stand up

...agement is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Some seniors are belive on grouping that's why the true guy who deserve the achievements don't get them.and promotional examination issue.
