Job security is a very good positive point. Salary is satisfactory I would say. A lot of benefits are given to the employees like company transport, food, medical checkups, gym, consultation with dieticians, therapists etc. Employees get to work on business trips overseas.

Dislikes

...chnology over and over. The increment and promotions are also a negative point. Increment in salary is very less and promotions take a lot of time. The upper management is also of old mindset like asking about every little things etc.

Likes

Very good company with lot of top of the line projects ,working in memory domain which is its forte. Lot of new things to lear on daily basis. Job security and work-life balance is very good.

Dislikes

Salary with respect to industry is lesser,comparing to its competitors in memory and semiconductor domain. No RSU stock option ,promotions are rare ,lot of paper and patents have to be presented to grow.

Likes

Salary is less but you will feel comfortable in your role. Indian offices of Samsung don't do much good work. The South Korean office does most of the good work.

Dislikes

Management is not good. You can sense boot-licking culture everywhere.

management policies is very very poor ,office politics, low compensation, not much to learn and not good for career growth, showoff by lot of employees for their work but actually they do just nothing or very less brain and challenging work.

Free Food, Free transport, Good salary for freshers, Time to prepare for DSA for company's internal assessment tests..

Dislikes

Work quality is very poor, There would be no learning at all. Pathetic management. Strict working hours..
