Working at Riomed has been a disappointing experience. The culture is highly toxic, with management showing little regard for employees’ well-being or professional growth. Harassment is prevalent, and there is lack of support for individuals.

Dislikes

The Riomed software are subpar, with minimal innovation, leading to shrinking client base and limiter future prospects. If you are looking to advance your career and work in a respectful and forward thinking environment, RIOMED IS NOT FOR YOU Consider carefully before joining if you value your career and personal growth. Working at RIOMED has been disappointing experience. The company culture is highly TOXIC, with management showing less regards.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions.
