1. Salary Deduction for things not mentioned in policies. 2.Long working hours. 9.5 hours daily and reports every EOD with numbers. 3.Expectations to work on weekends, and also ask for results on Monday Morning. 4. Expectations to find 5 profiles daily for job openings. 5. Want you to work on Sunday if not able to achieve target 6. Yell at you for mistakes not ours, but client or candidates. 7. Treat Employees like their own property

...ring, but i learnt this here and closed positions which give loads of happiness. Salary is always given on time. colleague working here are very good in coaching, helping and connecting.
