Compare to kind of work and work load, employees are less here and management should increase the number of employees. Transportation service is not there, Laptops/Mobile should be given to all. Salary is also not proper and should be increased. Team gets changed without prior information

I wish I could write something I like, just my co colleagues I like. Bringing to your attention, 10 years company and yet roughly only 20 employees. On website you'll be shown 500+, so don't be confused. Attrition rate is way high, because . . . Job security? You can be kicked off anytime in an unofficial manner. Work culture? They call it open, but god damn someone needs to tell them what an open culture is. Management? Two faced, plus they ofcourse made there employees write good on Google reviews and here. The company has a good scope of personal growth. The best thing about the company is the free counselling sessions, they work as icing on the cake. Truly helps in managing personal as well as professional stress. Another plus point is the co-workers, they are too much understanding, supporting and welcoming as well.

Dislikes

The company needs to put in great effort to improve its work-life balance and employee benefits. The work pressure is very high. Uneven distribution of work. Employees working from home and office are not treated equally. Often the work hour extends more than 12-13 hours a day.
