Company culture is really good. This was my second company. Overall they focus on employees career development and soft skills. Training given about pharma Industry was really awesome and i learnt Pharma hiring in this company. The base of my Mapping and Headhunting skills was developed in this organization and today , I am leading hiring in one of the top pharma companies. Work environment was sometimes tough but that made me learn so many things which helped me to grow in my career. Sometimes , it is difficult to close the positions as most of the positions are niche there. They should also provide a little flexibility in terms of taking early leaves or work from home.

I wish I could write something I like, just my co colleagues I like. Bringing to your attention, 10 years company and yet roughly only 20 employees. On website you'll be shown 500+, so don't be confused. Attrition rate is way high, because . . . Job security? You can be kicked off anytime in an unofficial manner. Work culture? They call it open, but god damn someone needs to tell them what an open culture is. Management? Two faced, plus they ofcourse made there employees write good on Google reviews and here. The management, particularly the boss, exhibited a shocking level of rudeness and a complete disregard for basic work ethics.
