The lack of clear communication about this requirement was concerning. 5. **Disjointed Management:** There seemed to be a disconnect between what was communicated during the hiring process and the actual company policies and practices, leaving me feeling misled. **Conclusion:** I joined this company with high hopes and enthusiasm, but unfortunately, everything was shattered. Even with minimal expectations for a startup, I was disappointed by the lack of effort from the management to retain candidates. They failed to meet even the basic needs, such as providing a complete version of the offer letter and transparency about company policies. Despite wanting to work and continue with this company, the lack of a full offer letter including the CTC in writing was a deal-breaker. I ended up wasting my time, money, and efforts, traveling 30 kilometers just to join the company and collect a laptop, which was also a disappointment. **Feedback to Management and HR:** - Ensure you provide a complete and detailed offer letter, including the CTC. - Be transparent about company policies and standards during the hiring process. - Provide proper equipment and clarity in terms of the offer letter and salary commitments. Candidates deserve transparency and honesty from the start. If these issues were addressed, my experience could have been different. Thank you.

They will speak rules and regulations but they will not follow, it's friday EOD they will call for going outside if people not attend the party they will target u how much means u only leave the company otherwise they ll only terminate without any reason.. i refer one of my friend she have good knowledge and communication but they are reject for one reason she is married this is the reason they rejected her, I never seen like this company

They will not treat girls in a proper way, They will misuse girls, and manager will support cheater who cheated on girl, and They will not provide documents at the time of relieving, they will say ua terminated after we sent resignation also.they will only accept our resignation then they will only say we are terminated, manager behavior not good towards girls, and manager and another guys they are cheating a CEO of the company like salary, work etc.
