First I would like to say that we are getting 17,000, After march they cuted 2500 in this less amount salary.

Lot of things are their... Don't expect a good working culture, Management, Salary, yearly Incentives

BPS is a good platform to start up a career with low paid grade. I have felt that there is job security in the BPS profile and low work pressure in Wipro BPS.

Dislikes

Wipro BPS doesn't pay the right amount of salary to their employee. They believe in cheap labor and the growth is lackluster in BPS.

I am interested in working at wipro.com because it is a leading global information technology, consulting and business process services company

There has been no salary increase over the past years, and the bonus structure is non-existent

Nothing much about to say office environment and some people(colleagues) are good to support and food is good And Cab facility is OK ok cafeteria is also Good that's all....

...s which will lead to Exit of an employee job unexpectedly with sudden situation. *Not agreeing to employees concern about shift changes * No better hikes but pressuring to maintain pe and qe * No outings or trips for employees vacation * No overtime working option is there for Extra money due to insufficient salary for some employees * especially most of the times some team leads are irritated n targeting the employees for Even making small mistakes while doing their tasks or in their works

Good company but which process you r joining that matters. Good learning opportunities.

Dislikes

Salary is low as per other Companies. You need to check whether the project you are joining to a good project or not. Else you will not get any leaves on time, less salary hike, will force you to over time without over time bonus sometime. Specially your lead can do a lot mistake..regaring your Shift timing on system & all. So you need to be little conscious.
