Hostile working environment and the Worst management. They will not pay full salaries and incentives to the employees and for everything there is LOP’s. So-called AVP’S are spoiling the whole process with their half knowledge in recruitment field. Lot of politics, unfair rules and showing partiality among recruiters. Waste of time to work in this company

All dislikes only, they will not pay salary on time, no PF is paid, no Tax is paid, Form 16 is not given till today. They will deduct the money from your salary for PF and Tax purpose but they will not pay it to the government. I faced lot of loan rejections while working with this company. I joined another company now and feeling very happy. Accounts team will not respond to calls when asked about salary deductions, I got only prompt response from HR. I suggest no one join this company.

1. ITR return file last due date was July 31st but RVG accounts team doesn't care about issuing form 16 till date, they only interested in personal commissions in all payment bills and they keep on fooling the the management since years 2.PF amounts are never on time, last 10 months amounts are still not credited 3. Accounts team doesn't care about vendor calls/email about payment delays, they don't even know how to speak with vendors/clients in a professional manners, without Chatgpt account's team can't even send one professional email, their communication is pathetic in emails and calls, they never answer vendor/client calls 4. They only clean Bathrooms whenever CEO is coming 5. No safety for Women employees at all

Firstly the Higher Management side CEO and the team which belongs to him is absolutely fantastic and He(CEO) is the real Hero he has been undoubtedly terrific to give a good atmosphere and working environment. Thank you sir.

This is the worst ever case that i have seen in any kind of working environment who ever it is manager and some mischeavious batch who are very closest to him is literally disgusting they keep on bullying others making fun over him and as well as others. Manager says there is no politics in the office and he himself is making some filthy politics with some notorious behaviour and that worst batch. Waste of working under such mentally imbalanced person. Feels like worst nothing gained from him.
