Hostile working environment and the Worst management. They will not pay full salaries and incentives to the employees and for everything there is LOP’s. So-called AVP’S are spoiling the whole process with their half knowledge in recruitment field. Lot of politics, unfair rules and showing partiality among recruiters. Waste of time to work in this company

All dislikes only, they will not pay salary on time, no PF is paid, no Tax is paid, Form 16 is not given till today. They will deduct the money from your salary for PF and Tax purpose but they will not pay it to the government. I faced lot of loan rejections while working with this company. I joined another company now and feeling very happy. Accounts team will not respond to calls when asked about salary deductions, I got only prompt response from HR. I suggest no one join this company.

...kes and put LOP to recruiters. But Managers, Global Head, AVPs take full salary. Dont join this company you will regret in your entire life. There is no growth here. They simply show off and shout on floor on recruiters and insult infront of other recruiters on floor. Dont join here.

I have professionally and personally had growth working with Reliant Vision Group. The COO of the company is a great leader and mentor, and working under his leadership has been an immense pleasure. AVPs are supportive at the workplace, they guide you from the beginning if you join as a fresher and make the best of you. People who are spreading negativity about this company are the ones who did not perform and were terminated due to performance issues, I believe no company will keep the non-performers.

I am proud to be associated with a great Global Head who have great achievements in professional and in personal life. He is the great leader and I joined here and made good incentives and placements. We have so many direct clients and so many requirements. We value recruiters who perform and contribute. Recruiters with fake experience and not serious with their job are not welcomed here. Thanks to our Global Head for this opportunity. You are the best mentor, Guru and Leader I have.
