The company is least bothered about their employees ' growth and development. They bring in people on immediate basis but when relieving they ask all sorts of reasons documented proofs and pay cuts. Agr kisi employee ki salary jyada hai to use jbrdsti ki ztp dekar company se bahar kr dete hain. Jigar, vijay, vinay aur Rakesh in logo ne pura process khrab kar rkha hai. Triple chat ka telecom process hai. Agr aap kuch problem btao to inka HR Clayton dhamkiyan deta hai ki job chali jaye to mere aage mat gidgidana. Planned leave dete nahi hain aur unplanned leave agr aapne li 1-2 to pip dakar job se nikal dete hain. Trust me on this life ka sabse worst experience aapko milega agr aapne join kr li. Aap is company ko join krke depression me jaoge hi jaoge. Ek rs ki facilities nh dete. Na koi gift, na bonus, na voucher. Sabse ghatiya company hai- Reliance.
