The company is least bothered about their employees ' growth and development. They bring in people on immediate basis but when relieving they ask all sorts of reasons documented proofs and pay cuts. No recognition for the hard work and no other benefits apart from comp off. Issues in service keep prolonging thereby affecting customer satisfaction but the blame is put on advisors

Nothing I dislike about reliance SMSL coz everything is good in it but there is one thing Salary is decent but career growth is slow. and another is resign period is for 3 months

There will be no ethic and moral on your profile whosoever you are. You can be called off any time where no payoff will be given to you on immediate termination which is totally unfair and the work pressure is like hell and will make you feel exhausted at times often. Better not to be a part in this organization anymore. We work forsalary and job satisfaction both will not be available here.Internal politics play a lot in promotions and increments also.
