They need people for work but people get low Salary, for example my journey started in 2015 that time my salary 11,500/-, am resign in 2024 but salary was 20,350/-, in these 8 years carrier.

Most comfort job for ladies, every month there will be training based on our work and also there will be exam test to know updated about work. Full supportive nature of manager.

No increment in salary & not get any incentive for backend team. Pay scale is very low for backend team

Everything is fine just work load is too much..

Work load is more than salary... if you ask for manpower because of the heavy work load, they will not support you.. (You should take risk upto completion & die alone whatever if happens)

It's a great experience with reliance but there is no support for staff and growth is too late i think salary should be nearby 20k for staff because in this costly generation 14k is not enough to survive And incentives are our performance if we hardwork we get more if not then we get less we can't even get a loan offer because of less salary and not a single loan company count incentives as a earning

There is no support for staff if any issue creates at store level we need to pay from our pocket that i don't like at all

I’m working in ResQ since 4.5 years but no any salary increment no any promotion in this company totally all ground team working like donkey.ResQ environment like if your following my order you are doing good.
