I had no objection with Reliance Digital as an organisation I had problem with my manager Mr. Shitabhra Basak to be particular. He doesn't possess the right attitude of a manager. He has excellent understanding about the business but in terms of people management he is a big zero. He is mean and self centric and doesn't know how to behave with his own employees.

Reliance company is good but resQ work experience is so horrible, especially for service manager it's so hectic job ever in all industries.

For resq, reliance need to work ground realities,market requirements, people management and importance of field person. resQ is failed to manage their field service manager to build strong player in the market.

I joined Reliance with good expectations but the store manager with whom I got the opportunity to work was not good and he used to talk well with everyone except 2-3 Reliance employees. They harassed us so much that I tried to get a transfer from there but my manager and HR did not cooperate. Because of this I had to leave Reliance which I never wanted to do after this. I joined Tata Croma where I have had a good experience so far but my experience with Reliance was not good at all and I cannot give 5 stars for it at all, 2 stars are fine from my side, this ground to Reliance We should see at this level what is going wrong. At that time I felt very bad, sir, I live here on rent and I don't have to come and go home every day. The manager's tone of voice is not good.
