Colleagues are more or less helpful. Job Location is good. Employee Engagement activities are well done. Fourth class staffs are very well behaved.

First thing to dislike is that the salary gets credited in the mid of the month which is very offensive for all the employees. Here the appraisal is not based on your work, its completely based on case to case basis. The more you work, lesser will be your increment. People can backstab you any time by playing politics, by telling lies or by merrymaking a situation in their own way. The wayfollowed in every cases or in every work is not at all process oriented. There's a lot of manual interference involved as everything is not followed by process due to which every work gets delayed. Rules are not equal for all... there's a lot of monopoly been done & so on.

Freedom to work, For freshers its like heaven to work for, freedom to learn, apart salary on time, increment on time, bonus on time, leave is like govt job even more than that you can take leave as per your suits depending upon urgency of work at site, Management and owner of the company is down to earth. Company is growing very first though I have left the company recently due to further career growth along with certainly of the reason of low salary. I would love to join them in future

Well to be very frank presently company is in growing stage and the basic amenities like canteen, guesthouse facilities, buses to plants yet to be improve more. But the management is trying their best. One suggestion to company about accomodation kindly accomodate staffs as per their respective post or nearer post in the guest house. Otherwise Roxy guest is like home away from home

Salary lower than industry average, Salary given very late around 15th of every month, have to get in within 10:20 even 1min late will impact your salary after 3 consecutive lates as such. very bad hr policies exploiting freshers by not giving salary structure and appointment letter promptly.
