Worst BPO. This is not a company but a complete BPO environment. They will dump you with daily DSATs. But they will never highlight your CSATs.

Dislikes

...micromanagement. Never appreciate your success but always vulture your weakness. They dont even pay well. They always have the budget issue. Though thier clients are Google and Meta! Dint recived appraisal twice due to budget issue and never got promoted since I cant taste thier boots.

Opportunity for exposure with big clients and tier 1 companies.

Payscale, work life balance and benefits, no bonus, no proper appraisals, no outings, can layoff anytime, can ask u to login forcefully on Weekends.

Very low rate of hikes ( peanuts) More of buttering culture Hard working people are not rewarded or recognised Less salary Horrible Hr leads They make you sign agreement so that you don’t join big brands or client, in case your client wants you to convert into full time employee they can’t do it due to agreement. So basically you’ve to leave the job and then after 2 months you can join them.

...e was no event conducted. No proper appreciation and Support. Lots of politics If you are a relative to the higher department you will get good package even if you are a fresher. Learn to do bucket giri before joining Randstad

Company is good, provides good pay compared to other staffing firms, and provides WFH and also remote support is fair enough!

Dislikes

Pathetic work culture in a certain account, hello lot of politics & favouritism, performers gets fired and poor performers gets retained for people pleasing. manager I worked with is a control freak, micromanages and never open to strategic discussions, ego, and always fear of taking ownership, and creates a lot of chaos & fear of job insecurity. ultimately the ones who pleases and praises their manager for everything gets retained.No growth, and scope of growth, poor leadership strategies, communication gaps, most of the time gives the answer for almost all questions "cant talk about it or predict at the moment". Even if you put your 200% efforts & hard work, ultimately the ones who are already there in the list, gets recognised no opportunity for new talents, this leads to your poor self confidence & self esteem
