The company culture is a bit weird. If people are coming from a company with good cultural value, they will find it uncomfortable here. The upper management do no trust their employees. Some developer who are there for long time, thinks they are GOD and they have very bad attitude problem. If you need help and somehow if you have to face this people, then you will find out that the attitude are not at all professional. People have ego issue here a lot. The upper management don't have proper planning. So if you are working something very hard for long time, there is no assurance that your feature will be released. I would suggest the management to look into there issue or else people will find this place not preferable to join or stay longer.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
