They have no sick leave policy so they deducted earned leaves including Saturday and Sunday and also deducted salary for these days considering these as unplanned leaves. When other companies have provision of crediting 7-10 leaves for those employees who were tested positive. And not only that .they cancelled all of the other leaves for those covid positive employees after they resumed office which were planned months ago. And on top of everything nobody from office or management called and checked about the health of these employees unless they wanted to check the date they are coming back to work. Such a pathetic culture.

No work life balance A pathetic leave policy Micromanagement Bad behaviour of management They will never ask for their feedback They treat employees like a labours You will often get confused weather you are going to work or big boss house So much politics and so much drama on little things Don't try to hurt their ego or just be ready for the personal grudges and pokes on everything which will make your life hell

1. Tech-lagging company 2. Old-school culture in the company (Specially sir/mam culture).

I have to internally switch to multiple project all different domain, on the current project I am working for more than 4 years. But all project and work give me good experience and allowed me learn intresting thing.

Dislikes

Negotiate for salary while joining later they don't consider you are good or bad they give you pre-decided hike almost similar for all employees. You can say they don't discriminate when it comes to giving hike.

Nothing to be liked in RSystems. It got worse after bit has been bought by Blackstone.

Dislikes

... leaves will be given to you. They will expect you to work on national holidays. For extra work on holidays no compensation will be provided. They don't think about your body and mental health. They just want their work done even if you are not well or even hospitalized you have to work. Older employees are getting all the advantages not a new ones. For getting the advantages you have to be there for atleast 5-7 years.

So hired candidates fire here. - If your package is above 20lpa and project completed then they will move to bench and fire. - Don't join here without reference or project confirmation from inside. - Managers directly tells that you only get good appraisal If you work extra stuff for him and his other projects along with current work. - Appraisal is low
