Company will make profit out of you by billing. But you will be paid poor salary. No job security.If customer doesn't want you, you are in bench for 3mo n shake hand. Highly risky job. It's a back office kind of job, task based. Poor increments 8% avg. Only 12(CL)+12 (EL). Very bad salary structure gratuity,insurance are under ctc.

Managers tourture and poor appraisals, poor salary, poor compensation and benifits, less amount for shift working peaple, poor appraisal process and lot of office politics, if asked for the reason for not giving appraisal no one is taking responsibility and who are working are poor fellows

Dear seekers, Quest global is not job security. I am layoff just 8 months.. There are more politics..dont waste your time to attend interview at quest global. Job timing is not 9.30 hours..its pass through 12 hours. Be safe and dont spoil your carrier. Service based company is spoil my life. My kindly advise. Thank you

Service bond and low salary for the freshers that's the only thing I don't like here.

Salary is paid on time with good job security and have flexible working hours. It totally depends on the client you work for.

Dislikes

No recognition and rewards. Very less yearly leaves. No fair appraisal even if you are excellent. Performance ratings are just for formalities and has no value. Most of the things which says for employee beneficiary are just for formalities which has no real outcome or adds value in the growth of an employee. No smooth relieving even if you are clear and there is no dependency.
