The company hires freshers but expects them to take full ownership of the work right from the start, with no proper training and support. There’s a clear favouritism towards the people with family connections, and this creates a toxic work culture. The project governances team contributes to a stressful work environment, with people like illika gaining power for no apparent reasons, spending their time playing games in the office. Meanwhile, the project governance team takes credit for the work done by the others, acting as messenger to circulate the information. Their feedback is often biased, influenced by their mood, without considering the impact on someone’s carrier or personal life. Job security is non existent; you could see someone today and find out the next day they’re gone. Joining this company at your own risk, as it could severely affect your mental health and well being in the longer run. Even HR isn’t safe — one HR employee was asked to terminate her husband, refused and both of them were let go(terminated), despite being long - serving employees who had just got married recently. The company have new unreasonable policies such as requiring six days in the office and a minimum of 9 hours of stay, making the work-life balance nearly impossible to maintain

It is basically a CRM company, they don't have good projects for other developers and incompetent favorites sitting higher up. They don't give leaves, it's WFH, even if your parents get hospitalized. I would have given skill development 0 but it's not possible.

Everything. This is a pathetic IT company to work with. For now there is a random lay off going on . They are not firing in a bunch because that will scar the company’s image. Instead they are tarageting 1-2 daily daily and fire them. No work life balance, long working hours even on weekends. Hell lot of politics . On a random basis untalented people are getting promotion.

List is long , 1. Processes are in place and are well adhere to. 2. People are busy but not overburden. 3. Positive vibes are there accross the floor. People have work but mostly 1-2 projects. So there can concentrate. 3. Free breakfast from 10 to 10.30 so you don't have to worry about breakfast. Lunch is also subsidised at only 99 INR with great quality and quantity. 4. The only company which I know in NCR who gives accomodation and travel benefits. 5. Senior Tech leads are there to help in any given time and are monitoring the projects since starting so no issue happens later. 6. In case of escalation the team will always stand by you. No internal escalation is there until there is something majorly wrong. 7. Employee retention rate is very high, almost 98%. People who left the org are also joining back. 8. Open door policy and you can talk to top management directly without hasitattion. They are very supportive. 9. Parties are awesome with Awards and recognitions.

Sometimes you will be called to office on weekends for Trainings and Certifications. Basically that's not a con as it's for your own skill upgrade.

Need to work on Saturdays without comp off. No good work management Don’t follow good practices for deployment and because of that functions doesn’t work in UAT and need to do lots of rework. They don’t follow good development ethics.
