Only thing that I like about this company, they provide so much benefits for their employer, gifts, bonus, if you want you could add even your X-wife or Husband to mediclaim, excets others etc, company think upto that much.

...en same respect as that of a Partner or a director or a managers no matter what. HIERACRCHY system was prevalent but without special attributes keeping the pay and the responsibilities aside for sure.

The main issue was not the firm but the specific client range(Traditional Pharma CSV) that we were provided or were fetched by our superiors. they were mainly monotonous rather than being lucratively creative in their approach, because of this aspect the potential client conversion ration was being affected to such a extent that bench time for whole team turned in for months,
