1. Most of the colleagues are technically strong. Even directors and partners are up to date with new cutting edge technologies. 2. Work life balance is pretty good if you have a good manager and you are assigned to a single project. 3. The work environment and the culture is good enough, although it depends on the team and the project 4. Job security is there 5. ...you are a 3rd party employee you will never get any help from PWC management. 4. If you r a 3rd party payrole most of the time you will not receive salary on time as your reporting manager will not approve the same.

Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
