The scope of work is somewhat good. But thats about it.

...buttering is done for seniors. Work is assigned very late. Poor team management. Compensation wise also not satisfactory.

The feel of working in Big 4 and office parties.

Dislikes

Very less compensation in comparison with the work load....almost no life during busy season(6 months). Almost no growth opportunities for associate level employees. Very biased behavior. No flexibility.

As per salary or perks is concerned it is good. The work done over here is good for career prospective

Dislikes

Hectic work pressure, sometimes one has to stretch for 15-16 hours. Behaviour of supervisors and managers are also not good.

It's totally depends upon manager, this time I got terrible manager (lady) who is not giving any work to me and if on request of uper manager I received any work then also she asks me to charge half an hour only for individual return which is not fair.

Not much. You can see much of politics. As freshers will be difficult and no benefit and no bonus etc. Feeling low for the every time . We will be losing our confidence.

Dislikes

Not helpful colleagues. Manager will be Backfiring well. harsh words will be affecting you willing your work. No recognition.Not good experience for me especially. Too much stress. No Work life balance. No respect mostly to the person
