Nothing I gave interview for datascience role through campus placement, they put me in SDE, pay is worst as well. 8.5LPA base for SDE when others pay double

Nothing is good in the advisory line of service. Unqualified manager/director commands on more educated guys. They'll be white washed from India soon because of their inefficiecy at the workplace.

...ng any personal favour. Leadership is choked in the advisory line of service. Salary is below average of the industry standard. Partners/Director do unlawful activities openly, I saw both my partner and director were involved in selecting unqualified candidates just because they are their family member. They just do fake promises. Nothing on paper means nothing has been said. (Giving this genuine advice to ask for signed copy if any promises are given) Micromanagement is in PwC's DNA. WORST COMPANY in terms of work life balance.

Salary is on time with yearly appraisals. Job security is good.

...rience in most cases. Sometimes work life balance gets screwed but not everyday. But if you can survive here under these challenges you can achieve a powerful position within 10 yrs with an enormous salary.

I recently joined the firm soon after my graduation i got into pwc via off campus and joined PWC in sept so in this span of 10 months i can say i have seen a lot good and the bad. So basically there are days u get to do shit loads of work and there are days you do nothing at all.

Dislikes

The compensation and the long working hours sometimes there's no clarity on what you doing.
