Work life balance is pretty good if you have a good manager and you are assigned to a single project. 3. The work environment and the culture is good enough, although it depends on the team and the project 4. Job security is there 5. Learning opportunities: You will be able to work on new cutting edge technologies such as Blockchain, AI/ML, Web3 etc.

1. Pay package disparity 2. The health insurance is not satisfactory wrt to the premium 3. You may not get to work on the technology you aspire

Only that the reporting manager will never say to to you for taking a leave.

Dislikes

...you are a 3rd party employee you will never get any help from PWC management. 4. If you r a 3rd party payrole most of the time you will not receive salary on time as your reporting manager will not approve the same.

Dislikes

Very less salary hike, they often try to find lame reason to pay you less, less promotion, irrelevant of the year of experience and your expertise of skills.

Great learning opportunities, strong brand name, diverse projects, smart colleagues, good career growth potential.

Dislikes

Long working hours - even on weekends, high pressure of project deadlines, work life balance goes for toss, compensation and hikes are not great, no team building activities.

Salary is generally given good and at proper time, work life balance is also good

Dislikes

They have no such a good policy about promotions and yearly gift, unnecessary delay in onboarding and offboarding, sudden layoffs in the name of trainings.
