...eciation or any feedbacks for improvement, all you get is a warning not to fail. The pay is good but the work life balance is way too bad. I have had my share of health issues due to heavy workload and long working hours. I am even planning to quit my job.

Good enough salary

Anything other than salary. There is lot of groupism and politics. They turn down anything other than those close to managers ask for. Very negative environment and no learning anyway. Late night calls, msgs and micro managing. My manager is toxic but I know few managers good here who are fighting to survive.

- Compensation and benifits - Most of the people are good - You will get everything if you deserve

Sometimes, You will not get recognised even you worked really hard. Most of people are working remotely and because of that there are lot of calls

...appraisal like 3% like normal MNC. Think 100% before joining PwC SDC or PWC AC . No bonus and no hike evens after getting very good snapshots and ratings. Too much micro management

Good compensation and salary benefits. Better quality of projects. Good for people who are 1-3 years experienced and want to dedicate full time for their career and technical learning.

Dislikes

Good compensation comes at a cost of work-life balance. Flexible hours policy is often misused to make employees work day and night. Not suitable for people looking for work-life balance.
