1:-Anyone want to learn new technology yourself and work. 2:- Bonus 10-30% other than salary. 3:- Good chance to learn bootlicker also.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance. They will assign 3-5 project at a time so that you need to work in weekend also, to match the delivery date. Hike and bonus total base on your bootlicker skills. Good bootlicker person got 3 rating than also got 30% but you got 1 rating and not good bootlicker than only 10%.

... a client location missing out on a lot of events such as festivals, fun events. Package offered is less so not satisfied. Task given or volunteered have a unrealistic deadline.

Leaders are totally useless & inefficient when it comes to HR & admin Department. Shakir Iqbal, Pemanand, Karthi Palanikumar are pathetic employees and have no work ethics. Vikas Aggarwal - Director from the contingent Workforce management team is one the most incompetent leader I have seen. He regularly abuses his team & gives no growth. Should be fired immediately on compliance ground.
