Great people, great environment although this may differ from project to project and individual people behavior. Perks are very good. High cover health insurance, L&D benefits, awesome flexibility and additional self enrolled fund benefit for near and dear one (applicable on individual selection)

...ome leadership do micro management which affects adversely to the mental health. Major dislike is initially you will get a good salary if you switch from any other company to PwC. But in appraisal expecting much may disappoint you.

Nothing is good in the advisory line of service. Unqualified manager/director commands on more educated guys. They'll be white washed from India soon because of their inefficiecy at the workplace.

...ng any personal favour. Leadership is choked in the advisory line of service. Salary is below average of the industry standard. Partners/Director do unlawful activities openly, I saw both my partner and director were involved in selecting unqualified candidates just because they are their family member. They just do fake promises. Nothing on paper means nothing has been said. (Giving this genuine advice to ask for signed copy if any promises are given) Micromanagement is in PwC's DNA. WORST COMPANY in terms of work life balance.
