Salary hike is not as per expectation. It’s better to get the max hike while entering the company

I like the culture of inclusion. Everyones opinion matters and the partners are really interactive and encouraging.

Work-life balance can be improved and also the management should look into review the compensation structures more practically.

The likes and dislikes may vary based on the project you are in within each stream in PwC. I work in payments transformation in Advisory , here the work like balance is good and the team is supportive, for me.

... discussions are a bit frustrating since the hr wont budge to your negotiations. Hence the salary wont be what is expected when moving companies.

...e is enough potential for growth if you like to work in the offshore segment. 2. The salary is good. 3. Good experience if you want to move out of India in other AC's or Onshore teams. Although there have been less opportunity to move to the onshore team recently.

Dislikes

1. There is no concept of work life balance. There seems to be busy season all around the year specially in EUM and TMT Industry. 2. If your manager has a habbit of micromanagement then it is going to be very difficult to grow in your job. 3. Minimal to no client facing audit experience.

Unfortunately I was so troubled there is nothing good about pec in my case

Worst work life balance is a myth in pwc, management is toxic. They do not treat employee with respect , less pay, more work, no pay for extra time worked , managers will force employee to work from home
