Salary Negotiation
Hi Everyone I am working as a ServiceNow Developer with 6.75 LPA ( 6.1 fixed ) . I got an offer from PWC with 10.5 LPA fixed + 20% variable and I accepted the offer. Now I got another offer from IBM with 11.5 fixed + 10% variable. My LWD is May 02 I want to Negotiate with PWC if they can give more than IBM . My query is How much can I ask for with PWC ? Everything here is average in terms of work culture, work life balance, salary and benefits, promotions, learning and development and work satisfaction. It depends on the manager under which you are working and the team you are a part of. (Auditing domain perspective)

Nothing as such . I have working here.

Dislikes

Very high work pressure. Unrealistic expectations No salary increase after good rating. Snapshots are needed for appraisal but bo senior person complete it. I hate everyday working here . You will not get time to learn, study new tech .. exhausted with existing project work.

Managers are super supportive. You get the freedom to work on your ideas and articulate them to the client directly.

Dislikes

Salary hike is not good. Promotions depends on office politics rather than your skillsets. Sometimes if there is no project with your team then the entire resource cluster stays unproductive for months. Switching to other team is next to impossible.
