Working in a Big4 gives you a brand value. You could get good projects and exposure here, but it totally depends on the team you're in and how your project manager wants to deploy his resources. Sometimes you can even be deployed on projects for years.

Dislikes

1. The compensation structure for Assistant Manager and below is below par and is not at all commensurate with the amount of work which is provided to you. More often than not you end up being overworked. 2. Working hours are from Mon - Fri - flexible hours. But generally people start the day at 9 and end by 8. But being flexible, it usually extends beyond 8. There is no obligation to work on weekends, but if you don't, then you'll be overburdened on Monday so ultimately you have to work.

Good development work, as well as compensation is good, leaves are also good when compared to other companies

Dislikes

Work pressure is much, which completely destroys work life balance. I would prefer bachelors to join rather than married person

Leaders are totally useless & inefficient when it comes to HR & admin Department. Shakir Iqbal, Pemanand, Karthi Palanikumar are pathetic employees and have no work ethics. Vikas Aggarwal - Director from the contingent Workforce management team is one the most incompetent leader I have seen. He regularly abuses his team & gives no growth. Should be fired immediately on compliance ground.

i was a part of pcs florida market, the manager arun ramabhadran and associate pragati pragati have putted me into pip. with no reason. managers are pretending to be the owner of these company. no work life balance no work satisfaction no work management outdated softwares like vdi which works very slow no learning no growing cost cutting is on peak on firm no learning on taxation dept.

The likes and dislikes may vary based on the project you are in within each stream in PwC. I work in payments transformation in Advisory , here the work like balance is good and the team is supportive, for me.

Dislikes

... discussions are a bit frustrating since the hr wont budge to your negotiations. Hence the salary wont be what is expected when moving companies.
