Just a decent salary with job security as they have lot of work in US market.

Dislikes

Work life balance is zero as we use to sit for 12-13hrs daily, also promotion is depends upon how ur rleationship is with ur manager.

Likes

Stable job and has good organisational structure and support. Diverse range of upskilling opportunities and sectors. Task based and not unstructured. Leaves and benefits are appreciated.

Dislikes

Work from office has been enforced. Salary structure far below market range. Appraisals and promotions are few and far in between, and quite vague. Dependent almost entirely on your relationship with managers. Company culture is controlled by management and progress is reserved only for those in their purview.

Likes

Compensation is be good if you can negotiate it out. Job security is also fine, people are in bench for months w/o any problem.

Dislikes

Know your partner and the project you will be on before joining. If you stuck under bad projects then work life balance, learning, job satisfaction all will be a myth.

Nice office and people. Although there is a great deal of politics, I haven't faced any. Depends a lot on the project you are involved in.

Dislikes

1. Bad work-life balance. 2. Compensation is strictly average. It's not what it used to be. 3. Not many perks apart from health insurance. 4. No on-site opportunity outside India. 5. Not a Software Engineer friendly organization. 6. Will do literally anything to impress the client.

...ant work life balance and a good pay and recognition. Pwc is the place for you. Obviously if u compare to other big 4s, salary maybe a little low, but work culture is better than the other big 4s.

Dislikes

In busy season, there's no work hours, u may have to work 16 hours a day for 2 months.
