Company pays really well with good hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

No promotions (you must be fav to mgmt to get one). No body cares about work life balance (coz they are paying you well), make you do the same work even after 10years in the same company (zero skill development).

Likes

Company provides freedom to learn and choose projects as per your interests. Work life balance is good.

Dislikes

The salary structure needs to be revisited. The base salary remains stagnant and varpay is more which makes your salary structure uncertain. The internal processes are unexpectedly haphazard and random. You have to take care of everything yourself including exit processes.

Likes

Overall company culture and leadership is forward looking and considerate towards the employees. Job security and work-life balance has been excellent even throughout the pandemic.

Dislikes

There is some variation of salary within the different LOBs/BUs for the same levels.

Likes

Great people, great environment although this may differ from project to project and individual people behavior. Perks are very good. High cover health insurance, L&D benefits, awesome flexibility and additional self enrolled fund benefit for near and dear one (applicable on individual selection)

Dislikes

...ome leadership do micro management which affects adversely to the mental health. Major dislike is initially you will get a good salary if you switch from any other company to PwC. But in appraisal expecting much may disappoint you.

Good compensation and facilities. Chances to learn and knowledge gain is also good.

Dislikes

Partner-based company but highly politicized and cutthroat behavior and filled with people who lie to profit at the expense of junior employees, especially Kolkata office. Toxic work culture, you have to be very cautious and on your toes to avoid being cornered.
