Just a decent salary with job security as they have lot of work in US market.

Work life balance is zero as we use to sit for 12-13hrs daily, also promotion is depends upon how ur rleationship is with ur manager.

Working with large clients and the level of knowledge we get

The way the managers behave, also salary is very low compared to other big4s and we wont get any valuable gifts during festivals which other companies give

Nothing is left to like. Pathetic management. The Senior is not sure what's happening. An utter fish market. Disgusting management who expect you to show how loyal you are. Managers are dumb and should learn some decency and morals.

Dislikes

...O career growth here. My BP went high and daily abuses with some unknown people. Not up to market standard salary packages. You'll loose your family time, seniors and mangers treat freshers as emotionless. Many quit with a year as they can't control the abusive management here.

1. At the Associate level for a Fixed Term Hire (Contract basis) PwC SDC is providing good salary and benefits which are slightly more than other Big4 2. It provides a good amount of e-learns which helps a lot when doing the work.

Dislikes

1. There are lots of politics when comes to promotion. I can also say that it purely depends on the team you are working in. 2. One thing that I don't like about PwC SDC is they will shift the employees between the domains based on their requirements.

Likes

There is job security at PwC if you are working well. The company policies are all well documented so that you can refer to it in case of confusion.

Dislikes

The compensation is very very poor. As compared to today's industry standards I have been receiving very less salary even though I have Been working for almost 1 year now
