JOB ROLE
• Report Preparation / Manage Content - Support the KnowledgeLeader team in managing audit templates/content on the KnowledgeLeader website. This includes reviewing content for consistency, formatting and updating the existing documents.
• Enhance Documents - Create high-impact, visually appealing deliverables (presentations, documents, webinars) as per
defined guidelines in MS Office applications
• Content Development - Assist the team in writing and editing content for the website
• Research Skills - Develop a basic know-how of secondary research and analysis and extend occasional support
• Stakeholder management - Build a stakeholder understanding and manage expectations regularly through calls and
emails
• Innovation - Be proactive and partner in proposing innovative ways to improve process efficiency
Required Qualification & Skills
• A Masters degree with specialization in disciplines like Business Technical Writing, Marketing, Operations, Finance,
etc. with 60% marks in academics throughout
• Proficiency with business writing and copy editing
• Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Strict attention to detail and quality
• Ability to handle, manage and summarize large documents in a consistent manner
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and provide regular project status updates
• Must possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• Must work well in a team-oriented setting, as well as independently
