Terrible. They don't recognise your Hardwork. No credits however much you die for them.

Everything. Salary is the only reason to stay for atleast 1 yr. After that it is time waste as they wont increase salary. No promotions. No credits for hard work. It's like paid labour

It's totally depends upon manager, this time I got terrible manager (lady) who is not giving any work to me and if on request of uper manager I received any work then also she asks me to charge half an hour only for individual return which is not fair.

...eciation or any feedbacks for improvement, all you get is a warning not to fail. The pay is good but the work life balance is way too bad. I have had my share of health issues due to heavy workload and long working hours. I am even planning to quit my job.

No value towards work life balance, Salary and hike are not great. Expectations from upper management expects to work more than the working hours almost all the days of the year. Hectic workload. The worst thing is the process.

Anything other than salary. There is lot of groupism and politics. They turn down anything other than those close to managers ask for. Very negative environment and no learning anyway. Late night calls, msgs and micro managing. My manager is toxic but I know few managers good here who are fighting to survive.
