Working culture is awesome and Company helped us a lot, gave us our salary on time during Pandemic, they have trained us how to safe yourself, family and others and Kept everyone his/her job safe during covid19 And Inox Policies are excellent & Management is also fantastic...I'm very grateful because I'm working INOX Leisure LTD.

...tself speaks a lot. next thetchnology and security are way too high and updated. Coming to the pay and hikes this company provides better as compared to most. The best things apart from work are the facilities provides to the employees(the cost of which is borne entirely by the company) is pretty helpful and more than anything else it gives a very good work-life balance.

Dislikes

compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The awkward situation arises when you receive patrons call in the evening and sometimes late into the night many appreciations go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals.

Please remove Contract base employees. In Banglore 12 to 14k salary is very low. Very erriteting target. We cannot achieve targets becouse of terrible target given to us

There is no job security. Owner of Inox can ask any employee to resign and leave. Specially at Inox Nariman Point no Managers has worked more then 8 months and even the attiration rate is very very high.

Seniors behaviour ,abusing staff members, politics , False promises , Cinema Manager Manish Kumar in silver arc pvr one of the low class men I have ever met in my 12 years of career. Always pass racism comments. No overtime if anyone ask question they fired them. Doesn't matter how much you complaint everytime junior will fired from work. I left this job because of Manish behaviour I recommend everyone not apply job here.
