...tself speaks a lot. next thetchnology and security are way too high and updated. Coming to the pay and hikes this company provides better as compared to most. The best things apart from work are the facilities provides to the employees(the cost of which is borne entirely by the company) is pretty helpful and more than anything else it gives a very good work-life balance.

Dislikes

compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The awkward situation arises when you receive patrons call in the evening and sometimes late into the night many appreciations go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals.

Working hours were high and you'll not get paid for extra hours. Sometimes it took too much time for handover

Women are respected and given the leveraged to work at their pace. Managers are good particularly Mr. Ravindra More who happens to be my Cinema General manager and Area manager, makes life easy and workplace comfortable to work in a flexible environment.
