Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Great work culture. Good work life balance. Appreciation for good work. Good people can talk freely with everyone. Working on new technologies. No issues for taking leaves, they never ask reason. They are moving to a new modal of working like mncs which is good.

There are lots of things have to mention but still will mention few of them 1. The management is so polite they help us in each and every situation.. 2.work security is 100%..I am working here since last 3 years..even after mistake they haven't scold you on front of others.. 3.in every 6 months they talk with each and every person about cons and pros 4.they always encourage each and every person for learning new technology 5.feeling very safe working with each and every person
