First of all they have CCTV with recording, they record peoples conversation and then manipulate it in front of the management, and then terminate employee's without notice.

The management of PRM wants to reveal all the information, including memos, disciplinary actions, and warnings, if the company starts the background check. This will prevent the former employee from getting a new opportunity and force them to stay unemployed. This is the HOLISTIC approach of the company. The POSH committee is just for name sake. Should someone come before the committee with a valid reason,. The victim is only subjected to mental harassment when they refuse to cooperate, point out errors in their work, and threaten to quit.
