The company is totally one man based. They just take calls without listening to you. Pathetic culture, massive mis management, no resolution, no any solution to your problem, 6 days week, no one can decision except top management, in telecom division you have work for 9 to 9 and no any recognition. Even for leave and mis punch and other issues you have look for other faces and give justifications. Al in nut shell is worst company to work I have ever seen

...k was able to grow at some extent in Polycab Wires Pvt. Ltd. at Nashik division. The company is very particular about its salary date and time.

No Team Support, Very Bias Culture when it comes to appraisals , Don't go to this (Nashik Factory) company unless and until your very helpless, otherwise you will end up ruining your precious years.

Lot of things, too much politics in upper management, lot of ego issues, HR and IT useless department but still get importance. Too much favoritism this will kill good employees, No proper work life balance etc..

Only salary are on time and good product quality other wise everything is worst,, Like management,hr,work life,senior behaviour Pure lala type company culture. Specially Aman sinha(manager,fmeg patna) is leading with non tolerable attitude.worst manager I have ever seen in my 12 years carrier

Over Machinery No headache for production compared to other industries. Good for taking experience. Its cable school.

Salary Difference for the same role. Fresher will take more salary than experienced one.
