Mr Shakti Singh (senior manager) policy bazaar.ae Basically A "Bully" or in his own words = Dumb DNA !. Job roles of this guy is being sarcastic, control freak and a prick at all time to all the employees. Literally compares human employees to machines. If that is the case hire machines dum dum.....! Please someone stop this pretentious guy or this organisation is doomed. To be honest no one likes being working in such a Toxic environment.!!!

Company hierarchy is bais on the executive or agent level basis of CRT (customer relations team), company has a very strict policy to work for 6 days to just validate a punchline that states "We work for people for 365 days,7 days a week",no festival off are given to the associates,there is a influential and bais role of HR with the hierarchy regarding agents,sometimes the hierarchy uses it as a tool to demean the agents and sometimes they use it to make office culture more dirty,the company very prominently

My 23 days' salary is also pending, I spoke to HR Vibhu sir, and he told me that you will not get your 20 days' salary, you will get it only for three days, but according to the attendance, I should get my 23 days' salary. Right now I just want you to take action against these few people in your organization so that no other employee should face what I have faced because these people are spoiling the honour of your organization and the girls there are being harassed by these people, and please clear my 23 days pay as well.
