My Emp Code is PW43171 and I was working in your company Policybazaar for the last 6 months, I was enrolled in your company as a Service Associate in building no.109 PB Partner, Term Verification team of Pramod sir, Shahab mohammad khan, and Takshita, the process was shifted from there in April to Sachin Bhatt's team in building number 110 on the 3rd floor where our team underwent 15 days training and the process started, where the team manager Sachin Bhatt, Gunvansh Singh & Varun Batra behave with the employees in a very unprofessional manner, insults them anywhere on the floor and used to behave very rudely with me also, there manager Sachin Bhatt and team leader Gunvansh Singh molested me, harassed me and mentally torched me, I was forced to write a resignation letter (you can see the attached Screenshots), saying that if you do not resign, we will terminate you, where you will not get your experience letter and you will not be able to work in any other company in the future. HR was also involved namely Deepika Juyal and Vibhu Sir in all these things. My 23 days' salary is also pending, I spoke to HR Vibhu sir, and he told me that you will not get your 20 days' salary, you will get it only for three days, but according to the attendance, I should get my 23 days' salary. Right now I just want you to take action against these few people in your organization so that no other employee should face what I have faced because these people are spoiling the honour of your organization and the girls there are being harassed by these people, and please clear my 23 days pay as well.
