I dislike about everything, the work culture is sick , they'll are make you sick by working in toxic culture,they have one agenda if you will to work on your weekoff ,I will provide you better leads flow so that you can complete their tasks,they will force you to work even if you have a high fever ,no humanity, I would suggest don't go there.

One of the best companies in my opinion they know how to make people work and compensate them in the best possible way for the same they respect your talent and appreciate your hard work environment might be a little painfull in sales but overall the best

Work culture is very sufisticated, so much pressure and no time fixed for daily day end. My shift is of 10Am-7PM, but the asks reporting time of 9:45AM, and does not allow to go at 7PM, they never leaves before 7:30 and many of times they hold upto 8:30PM alos. Work culture is not good but job security is 100%, incentive is great

I worked as sales executive in policybazaar.com . I spend my 2.5 yr in this company . i am writing this review to help others, In this company you will not able to breath , there is no public holiday and no leaves (eg. holi, diwali, republic day , independence day. etc) any type of holiday is not given in this company . You have to work 10-12 hours a day to meet your sales target.. leaders are so rude shouting on you torture you if your sales is not done. you will screw your life if you join this organization.
