Good company to learn as a fresher.

Dislikes

...irst place. They take so much time to take seriously what you wanted from them . And company/HR first tell me that you have training first 3 months and then your salary got increased by your performance and after 3 months after i learns so much better than expected they didn't take seriously you , give excuses that come after some time etc ..

As a fresher this was first company that I was facing to I learnt lot of new things which were unknown to me before. Got to admit the colleagues here with me are very supportive and enthusiastic maybe they are the reason I'm still working here. Regarding Covid 19 crisis This company isn't really helpful at all not any kind of support is provided by the company not even financial and above all that they are forcing employees to come to company inspite of non availability of public transport.

Company policies are terrible. No salary slip is provided. After completion of training period no confirmation of post is given. Responsibilities are not clearly defined. No criteria for evaluation of employees and no fair policy for increment. No long term goal set by senior management and mid level managers only busy in playing politics and getting rid of their potential competition. No robust plans for employee development. HR department rather than strategically recruiting and providing proper training only blame others for when the employees commit a mistake or leave the organization. No job security. Few people of the management do not have a decency to speak properly
